CashBack dollar amounts may vary depending on the purchase amount or item purchased and, in some cases, certain items and special discounts may not qualify for CashBack dollars. Once your transaction has processed, you will be able to view the exact CashBack dollar amount generated under "My Account" on ComplimentsRewards. How long does it take for a transaction to appear under "My Account?"
The purchases you make will show up in the "Transaction History" section under "My Account" within 14 days after the purchase was made. How are CashBack dollars paid out?
CashBack dollars for qualifying transactions are paid out upon request provided they have fully cleared and are equal to at least $25.00. Once the CashBack dollars totaling at least $25.00 have cleared, you can request a CashBack payment by choosing "Request a Payment" under the "My Account" section of ComplimentsRewards. How long does it take for a transaction to be fully cleared?
